VI-VPI impregnation systems

Our systems allow for the impregnation of objects to be treated using vacuum technology and, when necessary, vacuum and pressure. This enables optimal utilization of the mechanical and insulating properties of the resins used, offering greater efficiency and reliability in the use of electrical windings. Our systems are designed and built to ensure extreme ease of use for operators. Controls are performed via touchscreen with data storage and process traceability.

Our impregnation systems cover a wide range of applications in the electromechanical market and are particularly aimed at the treatment of:

  • Windings of synchronous and asynchronous motor (stator and rotor)
  • Low and high voltage windings of cast resin transformers, oil-type, and dry-type transformers.
The systems are custom-made, constantly adapting to the specific needs and requirements of the customer, both in terms of size and software.
