The MX-ST consists of a tube containing a series of helical elements that mix the two components (hardener and resin), repeatedly reversing their flow direction (see Photo 10). The mixing of the hardener and resin components leads to a theoretical subdivision of the resin and hardener with a volume of 2.9 - 10^-8 mm³, a volume almost at the molecular level, making the final product identical to that obtained in 3-mixer systems. The static mixer developed by Silmek is easy to use, economical, and compact. Our static mixer is equipped with a recirculation circuit for the components, preventing sedimentation inside the tubes. During the casting phase, the pressure is constantly monitored by the PLC software.

The Volumetric Pump
The two components (H and R) are transferred to the MX-ST according to the specified volumetric ratios using a high-precision volumetric pump. The volumetric pump built by Silmek is the most technologically advanced product currently available, as it is able to maintain the exact specified ratios even with different viscosity values of H and R and at various flow rates. The pump ensures constant ratios with capacities of 1 kg/min and 8.5 kg/min.
