BT 400 - 1600
The BT400-1600 winding machine is designed and built for low-voltage winding applications in aluminum and copper foil with a maximum height of 1600mm. We customize it to the technical specifications of the customer, allowing them to obtain the desired machine in terms of sheet width and overall dimensions. With an electronic alignment and tensioning system, high-quality windings are achieved. Upon request, this machine can produce round, oval or rectangular windings.

| Double spindle: The BT 400-1600 is equipped with a double spindle as shown in the drawing. In this way, the torque becomes symmetrical, ensuring perfect symmetry in the tensioning of the coils and a high level of mechanical precision. |

| The synchronized rewinding function shown in the image is very useful for the welding phase of the bars. The operator completes the winding process with preset rotations and marks the exact position required for the output bar (position A in the drawing). With the rewinding function, point A returns to position B, allowing for precise welding of the bars. |
